Suzhou Tongfengda New Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as TFD) is a holding subsidiary of TonyShare (Suzhou) Electronic Material Technology Co., Ltd. and a technical enterprise specialized in the R&D, manufacturing, and sales of PP (polypropylene), PC (polycarbonate) flame-retardant insulation film materials, sheets and other new materials.
The Company is located in the beautiful “land with milk and honey” and “home of silk”, Wujiang of Suzhou, with convenient transportation. It is adjacent to Shanghai in the east, Taihu Lake in the west, Zhejiang in the south, and the main urban area of Suzhou in the north. Under the guidance of the national new energy policy and the strategic guidance of the head office, TFD started incubation in 2022 and was formally established in 2023. Relying on the platform advantages of the head office in the new energy industry, the Company has gathered a number of professional talents in the plastic film extrusion industry. Its core technical team has more than 15 years of industry experience, and its continuously optimized formulation and process technology have introduced many advanced film extrusion lines in the industry. TFD will inherit and share the spirit of “hardworking, bdown-to-earth, innovative, and striving” to provide customers with more stable and reliable flame-retardant and insulating materials and technical solutions.
At present, the Company has successfully developed PP insulation film, PP anti-static film, PP flame-retardant film, PC transparent film, PC flame-retardant film, and other functional films. The products are environment-friendly and halogen-free. They meet and pass the latest standards of European Union RoHS 2.0, ELV, and REACH (235+1), etc. The fire protection tests has reached UL94 VTM-0 and V-0, which can be widely applied to new energy lithium, energy storage, automotive interior, household appliance, lighting, and billboards and the like.
